    4. Submit your deposit to officially secure the date.

    We accept all major credit cards for deposits.

  • We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for Saturdays during peak wedding season from April through October.

    Many couples contact us shortly after securing their venue. However, we are always happy to check availability for weddings with shorter planning timelines.

  • Our all-inclusive booking rates are customized based on your wedding date, location, band size and selected entertainment options.

  • Our booking rate includes a customized live playlist, professional sound system, band stage lighting, MC announcements, timeline coordination and complimentary Trio for the cocktail hour if applicable.

    Every booking also includes an Entertainment Consultant who serves as your single point of contact throughout the planning process.

  • Yes. Our planning process allows you to share your favorite songs, musical preferences, special requests and do-not-play selections.

    We use this information to create a customized live playlist while also allowing the band to read the room and adjust the music based on your guests and the energy of the celebration.

  • Yes. Special-request songs not currently included on our song list may be learned when approved in advance.

    The number of new songs that can be accommodated depends on the arrangement, musical complexity and amount of preparation time available before the wedding.

  • Yes. Cocktail-hour entertainment may be provided by the Jazzy Aristocats in a trio or another small-ensemble configuration.

    Dinner music may include jazz selections, a softer live set or professionally coordinated recorded music before transitioning into the main dance and party portion of the reception.

  • Yes. Our experienced wedding MC can make introductions, coordinate announcements and help maintain the planned flow of the celebration.

    Before the wedding, we review names, pronunciations, formalities and timeline details with you or your wedding planner.

  • Yes. During the planning process, we identify your preferred entertainment style, from elegant background music and a relaxed celebration to a high-energy, interactive show with a true WOW factor.

    The performance can be customized around your musical preferences, wedding timeline, audience, special moments and overall vision for the celebration.
